Question by Jacob: Question about drugs?
Hello. I am doing a quiz and one of the questions says “Overall drug abuse is down among teens.” I know this might sound stupid, but I was wondering if the answer is either A.Minimal or C.Going down. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
