I Got Caught Shoplifting, What Happens From Here?

Question by blood rushh.: i got caught shoplifting, what happens from here?
Alright, just to clarify I am a 15 year old from Massachusetts.
This is my first offense,
and I stole about 76$ worth of stuff from CVS
and i know I’m not getting arrested.
I will however, be fined and probably have community hours, but i’ll find out everything in court.
I’m just worried I’ll be on probation and be drug tested?
As a minor on 1st offense, I think I’ll just have community hours and a fine to pay, but what’s your opinion?

P.S. I know I’m stupid and should get a job and pay for it rather than be a reckless teenager.
And FYI my mom’s forcing me to get a job to help pay for the fine, so no i do not plan on stealing anything anymore, screw that.
I did learn my lesson, and i understand I should have learned it from this.
I’m just in a bad time in my life right now, and everything sort of just hit me.
To be honest, I get high every day to forget my past and forget how much my dad abused me, and to forget how my moms an alcoholic, and to forget that the only people who will ever love me are my friends.
I have recently gotten out of a psychiatric hospital, and ever since then i stopped caring, it’s like all i care about now is me being happy.
because i’m sick of living every day and not wanting to be alive.
suicide was on my mind every day, all the time. But i got put in there before i was going to attempt for the third time. When i got out, i was introduced to drugs and from there i’ve found happiness in all the wrong places.
Do not call me stupid for shoplifting, I do it because I have completely lost myself and gave up on everything,
i’m trying to get better, so encouragement would be appreciated.

Basically, as I’ve said before, i’m only worried about getting drug tested in court or if i get on probation and get drug tested, and this may sound stupid, but do you get drug tested while doing community service?
Please take this seriously, I am.
