Question by Sooner Sailor: Am I eligible for separation pay from the Navy when being processed for admin separation as a treatment failur?
I am being separated from the Navy after getting a DUI after attending Intensive Outpatient Treatment, I am wanting to know if I am entitled separation pay. I have been in for over nine years and am reenlisted through September of 2015.
