Drug Addiction.?

Question by CONSTRUCTION: Drug addiction.?
My husband has been addicted to hydro/soma for three years and has been trying to get off them. In my opinion he has started them again the past couple of weeks. Other then his expressions and attitude the only thing I have to substantiate my opinion is his constricted pupils. He denies that it has anything to do with his drug abuse and states that it is because his contacts are so old. I would like to know if his pupils are not contracting do to the abuse or if it is possible that something else has caused the constriction.

Thanks, Justine
Hydro is short for hydrocodone which is a type of pain pill in the same class as the more familiar loraset or darvaset. Extremely addictive opiate based drugs. Soma is a muscle relaxer that is mixed with it and the combination is called a coctail because of the intense high.

i don’t know any other reason why the pupils are contracting but IF it is drug addiction,i suggest you follow the following steps.first assure him of your trust and that you will never leave him.then remember, big things can’t be destroyed in a single day.you have got to stop drug addiction by reducing the number (quantity) of drugs taken per day.you have to reduce and reduce till you get nil.
