I am going to leave Thailand to Boston in September and live there about one year.The problem is I never got too cold weather before and I know when the weather enter to the winter in Boston, it is very cold(always minus – -“) Actually, I have got allergy as well. I allegic of the cold weather and dust. Do you think I will survive in there? And what should I prepare to face of the weather like this? I am really worry about it.
Another question Can anyone tell me about the medicine (such as nasal sprey, antihistamine) in there it is expensive or not? Because I have to use it everday. Should I bring them for one year from Thailand or bring some and buy some in Boston?

It should cost between $ 5 and $ 10US. You will have to buy it here, customs will not allow you to bring it, unless you have a prescription and even then you have to declare it, and they may still not allow it.
You could buy them in the health/beauty section of any grocery store, pharmacy and some department stores (such as Target)
