If they drug test me and only find marijuana, which is not illegal and I do use when Im not with my son what is my best approach. i have him 5050

You will very likely lose custody of your child. It may not be illegal everywhere but it still puts you in a sketchy light to be a good parent.

Save tens of billions each year, add tens of billions in new taxes, starve gangs of revenue, provide an alternative to alcohol that’s safer and cheaper, reduce prison populations and drug-related violence, provide a cheaper and cleaner alternative for paper pulp and bio-fuels…I could go on, but you should get the point.
