Is It Wrong to Smoke Herb Everyday?

Question by tleemaximus: Is it wrong to smoke herb everyday?
I started smoking after college while working at a dead end job it helped me relax and not worry so much. I have since moved up and out of my original job and in just about 2 years I am making more money then I ever imaged at my dream job. So Weed has not affected my professional life.

I have a 3 year long relationship with an amazing girl who is researcher of childhood leukemia. We love each other. So weed does not affect my romantic relationships.

I run marathons; I’m hoping to qualify for Boston soon meaning I have to run 7:10 minute per miles for 26 miles. So weed does not affect my physical health.

However there are people who are genuinely concerned that I have a problem. I understand their issues with drug abuse but I think that if anything herb has made me into a more relaxed, calm, resilient, self-aware person. I just did my best to justify doing something illegal and harmful to one’s brain. Now please feel free to tell me I’m wrong.

Why is my smoking weed wrong?
