Last Minute Probation Question. 11 Months Down. 1 to Go. Pennsylvania.?
Question by jeremy: Last minute probation question. 11 months down. 1 to go. Pennsylvania.?
So I’ve been on probation for a little over 11 months, and I haven’t smoked at all, or drank at all for a year. I was arrested for a DUI in April of ’08, with a BAC of .10, and 50ng/ml of THC d9, and placed in the ARD program December 2nd of the same year. So far I’ve completed my community service, my CRN evaluation, my first PPI evaluation, paid all of my fines, completed Highway and Driving Safety School, gotten treatment at an outpatient center, and am almost done with my 12 months of probation. I report in every month on the 2nd, via call track, and haven’t actually seen my probation officer since my formal arraignment of December 2nd. I was late with a couple of payments over the past year, but I DID get it all paid.
I Have to Find Drug Rehabilitation Centers in Benicia, California. Help?
Question by carissa r: I have to find drug rehabilitation centers in Benicia, California. Help?
I’m interested in knowing how drug rehabs are being managed and how they hire workers as well as accept or reject patients. I want to know the principles that they abide by, as well as the treatment programs that they offer. I would like to interview someone who manages a drug rehab so that I may be able to compare how one drug rehab is different from another.

Is It Legal for an Employer to Make an Employee Leave a Inpatient Drug Treatment Center Early?
Question by ricker712: Is it legal for an employer to make an employee leave a inpatient drug treatment center early?
I was in an inpatient treatment center and my employer made me leave early to keep my job. I was in there for 4 weeks and wanted to stay for 90 more days in which i was able to leave for work everyday. All I needed my employer to do was switch me with a summer help employee. The summer help comes every may to help anyone that needs time off. My employer refused to switch me with another employee that agreed to switch with me. Now 1 year later I recieved a drug test and my employer fired me for drug use when they didn’t provide the correct treatment for my needs. Is that legal is my question and if not who should I contact to help me with this situation? Me and my employer signed a contract saying I would complete a treatment program for this and they went agaisnt what was signed. If anyone has any information that’d help me out please let me know, Thanks alot for anything that you could help me out with
My Mom Is on Drugs Should I Forgive Her?
Question by jerrica: my mom is on drugs should i forgive her?
ever since i was born my mom was on drugs but it wasnt that bad. over the years she started getting worse and worse on drugs and was doing crack and hard drugs like that. she would be gone for days at a time and sometimes even weeks and my dad (who was never on drugs) finally said enough is enough and took my sibling and i and moved to a different town when i was 8. he use to smoke but he quit because it made us sick but my mom would never stop doing drugs. i havent talked or seen my mom since i was 12 years old because i moved to michigan when i was 12. before we left we gave her our number and she never called for anything except when she wanted money she didnt even call my siblings and i for our birthday. after a few month she stopped calling. a year ago she started calling our phone wanting to talk to us (she got our number from my uncle) but none of my siblings and i wanted to talk to her. we are all grown and live in michigan and she lives in california and from what my uncle said she is even worse in drugs and wont go to rehab. i still have a lot of pain because she was not in my life. my question is: should i forgive my mom for what she done?
i am 19 and my mom have 4 kids all by my dad. i know my mom have a problem with drugs and i know drugs are addictive but i also don’t want someone who is on drugs in my life. and she never said sorry she just says she have a problem and everytime she calls my dad is the only one that would talk to her because knowone else wants to talk to her and then she ask him to send her some money which really makes me mad because she haven’t been there in our life and she don’t pay child support.

Central Hills, La Hacienda, and others are listed as “within Dallas Area.” Type Christian rehab in Dallas, TX into a search and this should bring up some options for your consideration. Shiloh is listed in Dallas. Also, some depend if you are male or female as to where the closest location is to you.

Do Drug Rehab Programs Really Work?
Question by Katrina K: Do drug rehab programs really work?
My best friend got hooked on dope for about a year now. Actually, both of us started to take dope when we were during our junior years but fortunately, I got out from this vile habit thanks to my parents. However, my best friend is still on that stuff and it is gradually taking its toll on our friendship. I’m really afraid and guilty right now since I’m the one who urged him to try it out.
