How to Legally Deal With Someone Who Is Terrorizing Entire Neighborhood?

Question by CassandraM: How to legally deal with someone who is terrorizing entire neighborhood?
There is a new neighbor who has completely turned our neighborhood upside down overnight. He’s already been arrested for breaking into three homes in this area, but incidents of vandalism, threats, and attempted break-ins continue to occur throughout the neighborhood. Nothing like this ever occurred before he moved here. He can be seen pacing almost manic-like in his yard for hours at a time. It’s when he disppears from sight that things start to happen. Everyone is angry or afraid, and we want to take our neighborhood back…but how do we do it and still be legal?

Free or Affordable Drug Rehap in South Africa?

Question by B-Stone: Free or affordable drug rehap in South Africa?
Hi All,

I’m looking for information on free or affordable drug rehab facilities in Johannesburg or Cape Town? The family I know would like to refer their son to rehabilitation for drug abuse before it reach an extreme level of abuse.

They are not well off with only the father working in the household. Another question I have relating the same subject is… If their son doesn’t agree to rehab (23 year old), is there anything they can do about it or is it simply, he needs to agree to rehab?

Question by Lucy: Is writing about depression and substance abuse on a college application essay a bad idea?
I posted this question earlier, but was hoping to get a little more feedback.

I am applying to the University of Maryland: College Park and I REALLY need an amazing essay. I consider myself to be a strong writer, but I’m struggling with a topic. Here is the prompt:

Please describe your past academic experiences and your reasons for wishing to enroll to Maryland at this point in your academic career. Students who have been out of school for several years, or who have a personal circumstance that affected performance, may wish to address that situation in their essay. Your essay should be no more than 300 words.

How to Write to a Company to Get Some Services for Free?

Question by Nutty Nut: How to write to a company to get some services for free?
I am a volunteer for a non profit drug rehab home that just started as of the first of this month. But, poor planning on the part of the owners they didn’t figure in how they would get food, medical services, or other things. I am not a PR person. I volunteer to do odd office jobs. How would I go about seeking services or food from companies? All help would be great. Thanks
Template where? They don’t even have a computer. It is almost like they snapped their fingers and this appeared. They don’t live onsite.
