Need Help ASAP With Sex Addiction?

Question by GrainShard: Need help ASAP with sex addiction?
I’m a 49 year old grade school teacher, married with four kids (one out of college, one in college and two in high school) and lately I have been having sex with prostitutes. It started out a bit more innocently: 4 months ago I was on vacation in Nevada, and me and my friends went to a brothel (my wife would severely disapprove, but I figured ‘hey, it’s just one night’). Since then, I’ve been having sex with hookers more and more frequently, up until now, where I have been doing it once again. It’s illegal where I live, and my wife is starting to wonder where our money is going. I need to stop, but every time I try, I just end up going back to the hookers. I need help, please.

Is Narconon an Effective/safe/trust Worthy Rehabilitation Process?

Question by Erin: Is Narconon an effective/safe/trust worthy rehabilitation process?
Recently my parents sent my brother to a Narconon rehabilitation center in Michigan and now that he’s been there for a few days we found out it was connected to Scientology. We’ve discovered it has had a lot of controversy (like being a fraud for getting members) and he’s had some complaints of odd treatment like staring into someone’s eyes for thirty minutes. Before we sent him there they even said they weren’t Scientologists.

My Brother Has Some Problem’s That Stress Him Out and Make Him Drink, How Can I Find a Place to Help Him??

Question by dohm84: My Brother has some problem’s that stress him out and make him drink, how can I find a place to help him??
He is very lonely and I just don’t know what to do. He goes out and drinks every night and spends all his money on beer and then does not have the money to pay bills. He is a great guy and has 2 GREAT little girls. He is a wonderful father, yet the stupid court says they are best with there mom (thats crap but its a differnt story) althought that is a big reason also why he drinks. Anyways, he really wants to get help and I want to help him. I finally talked him into checking himself into the hospital and he went but they would not take him. Sad huh? So now I don’t know what to do. He does not have money to pay for someplace to help him. He lives in a small town of Michigan City, IN. Like I said he is a great guy but has had a hard life. He feels sad that out of all 6 of us kids he has the worse life. I think he has a good life if he only know how to look at it. I just want to help him out. Is there a website or anything that I can use to find him a good place to get help
He wants help, he talkes to me all the time about it. But the hospital won’t let him check himself in. He tried that.

Is Marijuana an “ok” Drug?

Question by Amber: Is marijuana an “ok” drug?
Some people think it’s ok to smoke weed, and a lot of times it’s socially accepted. What do you think?

Best answer:

Answer by superrelax
i’ve smoked herb for a long time. im healthy and successful…and i won’t be dying of cigarette-related cancer anytime soon, either. know the facts: there are zero reported marijuana induced deaths per year. AND i’ve never tried any other drugs in my life. so, if you want to label anything as dangerous, label the ones that warrant that label: alcohol and cigarettes. not to mention the people who find a better alternative to prescription drugs in marijuana to relieve pain caused by such things as cancer, glaucoma, MS…the list can go on.
