It combines the study of the biological bases of behavior, then way cognition affects the way we behave and the social aspects of behavior. A key aspect of behavior which can damage health is the taking of recreational drugs. Health psychology seeks to understand that behavior.)

Criminological Psychology (Criminological psychology is a specialised area that uses psychological knowledge to help understand criminal behavior. It investigates the causes of crime by examining social and personality issues that can be contributory factors. It also deals with legal aspects of crime such as courtroom procedures, eyewitness testimony and policing techniques that are used to judge criminals. One of it’s key roles is to develop treatment programmes for young offenders. These are used in the community or in prisons to rehabilitate offenders. Criminal Psychology for sure. I love to get into people’s heads, especially brilliant minds, and anyone knows the best minds are those of criminals. (there are also some that aren’t so smart, but some of the most amazing things are done by crooks.)
